Are your soaps vegan?
Absolutely! All of our soaps are vegan, palm-free, and cruelty-free.
What is the shelf life of the soap?
As our soaps are organic and preservative-free, we recommend using them within 3 to 4 months of purchase.
Is the price under the picture for everything pictured?
The price under each picture is per bar. We typically show multiple bars to display the variations of each artisan soap.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not at this time, but we are reviewing our options with the intention of future implementation.
Do you take special orders?
We do not at this time.

Orders and Processing

Items were removed from my cart before I could complete checkout. What happened?
Items are removed from inventory, and subsequently all shopping carts, on a first check-out basis.
How long does it take process my order?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
I entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Please contact Customer Care, and we'll correct the mistake if your order has not been processed.

Packaging

We believe in reducing our environmental footprint as much as possible, so our packaging does not include any plastic or harmful fillers. Our soaps ship with a card stock cigar band label, with recycled box filler and tissue paper.
